1. Scope
This policy applies to the public IQ AI website and direct communications with IQ AI. It does not govern third-party websites, services, or security programs that may be linked from this site. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
2. Information we may process
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, message, and any attachments. Please do not send credentials, unnecessary personal data, or sensitive vulnerability evidence in an initial email.
Technical information
When you visit the site, our hosting, content delivery, and security providers may process standard request and diagnostic data. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and security or error signals. The public site does not currently offer user accounts, payments, or an on-site contact form.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not intentionally use cookies for behavioral advertising. Infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technical signals when necessary to deliver, secure, or understand the basic performance of the site. Browser controls can limit cookies, though doing so may affect site functionality.
4. How information is used
We may use information to:
- deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
- respond to messages and coordinate security disclosures;
- understand site reliability and aggregate usage patterns;
- prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents; and
- comply with law and protect our rights or the rights of others.
5. When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to vendors that help host, deliver, or secure the site, subject to their applicable agreements. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, protect people or systems, or support a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
6. Retention
We retain communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. Technical logs are generally retained under the schedules of the providers that operate the relevant systems. Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.
7. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy protections can differ by jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to work with providers that protect information appropriately for their role.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, email, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For vulnerability reports, begin with a minimal summary and ask us to arrange an appropriate method for sending sensitive material.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. These rights can be subject to exceptions. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
10. Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
